Rules/Refereeing Clinic

A referee clinic will be held in August prior to the Fall season for new referees and coaches explaining the rules of the game.   See the TCYS Season Schedule for details.  A test for referees will follow.  Coaches may take the test also.  Potential referees will be provided rulebooks and manuals.  A 2-hour refresher clinic for returning referees and coaches will be held on a weeknight.  The annual re-certification test will be given for referees and interested coaches.  Coaches are encouraged to come to either session and test their knowledge.  There will be lots of fun, fun, fun and prizes galore!  Be the first on your block to become an "official" referee!
